By four months, their ears will not curl any longer, and should be hard and stiff to the touch at the base of the ear with flexible tips. Both longhaired and shorthaired American Curls have soft, silky coats which lie flat against their bodies.
American Curls are playful and enjoy spending time with their owners. They are adaptable and can thrive in various environments. Despite their active nature, they can adapt well to a quiet indoor life.
